PLEASE READ: All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. ABMTS reserves the right not to credit you if you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy. Please read all item details carefully before purchasing them. Many items that we carry have small imperfections. These are not to be considered as full imperfections and are featured in the “conditions” column. We ask you to make sure you are buying the product you are going to keep and use. Care for the garment is customer’s responsibility and the quality of the garment is not warranted by ABMTS.
REFUND POLICY & RETURNS :
Because of items being in vintage and thrifted condition, all items are sold as is. When purchasing any of our VINTAGE & ANTIQUE clothing and accessories please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final for vintage. There are NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, or REFUNDS. No exception will be made as buyers are notified of the store policy upon checkout.
**Customers are responsible for having their own measurements taken before purchase. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Purchase transactions will take up to 4-7 business working days to process and ship. The delivery time will alter depending on your delivery location.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for correct shipping costs which is included in the final total upon checkout. To ensure our customers get their packages in a convenient and timely matter we use USPS & UPS for all deliveries. Please advise if desire expedited shipping. As cost varies ( $40 +)
ABMTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES! ONCE THE COURIER (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) IS IN POSSESSION OF YOUR PACKAGE, IT’S THE BUYER/CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK AND PROCESS NECESSARY CLAIMS WITH THE COURIER ETC. ABMTS ALSO DOES NOT GRANT REFUNDS ON LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
RETURN TO SENDER: Buyer/Client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with re-shipping of packages. Please be sure to notify/email ABMTS if your packages are returned. Allow 3-14 business days for your package to be re-shipped.
SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING ADDRESS
Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases of high-end luxury items, A Bomb Muva's Thrift only ships to shipping addresses that match the billing address at the time of purchase. However, we recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address. If you need to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, we will require that you contact us directly before placing your order at which point you can discuss your situation with one of our staff members.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
ABMTS does not offer orders shipped outside of the United States, as we currently only ship domestic.
